Emily brings her background in software engineering, teaching, and theater to her role as a Developer Educator at Twilio, where she's been happy to find a way to combine those varied passions. Outside of work, she enjoys yelling the answers at the TV during Jeopardy and eating cookies.
Alex is a Developer Evangelist at Twilio on the Startups team based in Denver, Colorado, USA. He brings experience founding startups along with a master’s degree in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence to help startups build amazing customer experiences. Alex is a Scuba Instructor and has built a robotic submarine, giving him the rare title of Robot Scuba Instructor. These days he mostly codes in JavaScript and Python, but he also has experience in C++ and Ruby.
Kaelyn is a software developer, interior decorator, and Developer Evangelist at Twilio. She started her career designing new and innovative ways to make a career in tech more accessible to the masses as a software development instructor, and later transitioned to a formal role as a cloud developer.
Kaelyn actively works to elevate the work of underrepresented groups and firmly believes that there are pathways for everyone to have a seat at the metaphorical tech table. Outside of work, Kaelyn enjoys making Pinterest recipes, attending psych-rock concerts, accumulating plants, and rearranging her friends’ furniture.
Anthony is a Developer Evangelist who writes code on stage in front of a crowd. His goal is to help you build deep experiences and connections with technology so that they stick with you forever.
